********** COMPATIBILITY **********
All of Hollow Sun's libraries are only available in Kontakt format and so require that you use Kontakt 3.5 or higher or the free Kontakt Player (see below for certain limitations regarding the Kontakt Player).
It is technically possible for you to use the WAV sample files with other samplers but cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, if you decide to take the chance, responsibility lies with you to do all the mapping and programming in your sampler.
Please understand this before purchasing and ensure that you know what you are ordering. Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds cannot be given if you order in error. |

Q. How do I buy from HOLLOW SUN?
A. It's very simple - select the product you want to buy and click on ADD TO CART. At any time, you can click on VIEW CART to 'checkout' and complete your purchase. You will be taken to a a PayPal window where you can complete the transaction. A short while later, you will receive an email from PayPal giving you a unique link to download your order(s).
Q. What if I don't have a PayPal account?
A. Not a problem - you can use your credit card if you prefer.
Q. I don't have a fast broadband connection. How can I buy your libraries?
A. Drop me an email - I can arrange a CD delivery.
Q. I get so much spam, how can I tell the PayPal email is genuine?

A. Yes - by all means. The Freepacks can be used freely and without restriction in commercial or non-commercial recordings. All I ask is that you don't distribute or attempt to sell the freebies (yes - people do that!!) and a credit and a link to the website where appropriate would be welcome.

A. Once you have bought and downloaded HS products, they are yours to use as you wish and you have an unlimited license to use the sounds within any production you are involved in. If you have several computers, you are free to copy your purchase FOR YOUR OWN USE on those (for example, if you have a main desktop computer and a laptop). However...

Q. I have Kontakt Player but it goes into a time limited 'demo mode' when I use your library. How come?
This is normal. The Kontakt Player only fully supports library that has been authorised by Native Instruments. Ordinary 3rd-party library such as mine can be used but will cause the Player to kick into 'demo mode'. I am looking into the process of having my sounds authorised for full and unrestricted use in Player.
Q. I am using Internet Explorer 8 as my browser and can't play the audio demos on your pages. Why is this?
There is a known issue with IE8 and Flash (which is required for the player). You can adjust IE8's settings to effectively 'downgrade' it to IE7 which will work. Alternatively, use a better, more compliant browser such as FireFox.
PRIVACY / SECURITY POLICY
- Hollow Sun does not store (or even have knowledge of) any credit card or other details involved in transactions. This is all handled securely via PayPal.
- Hollow Sun will not exploit your email address other than to notify you of new products, product updates, news, etc., by way of a newsletter (from which you can unsubscribe at any time).
- Hollow Sun will not sell or otherwise distribute your email address or any other such details to 3rd-parties.
